It's about helping you to reach your PEAK, to realise your potential, and to be an excellent performer in anything you choose to do.

I am an HR and recruitment professional who has spent my career helping businesses to become more profitable by turning managers in to leaders, employees into self-believers and teams in to winners. 


This is my passion, and why I created PEAK Performance & Potential.  Over the last 35 years I have implemented my thoughts, ideas and principles with my teams in a range of UK based SMEs and international businesses, including Accenture, American Express, Pinsent Masons and TMP International.  


As a people development specialist, I have been asked the same questions by people leaders in each organisation: How do we create the leaders of the future? How do we ensure that our employees are motivated, positive and deliver results? How do we get a return on investment from our talent agenda? These types of questions are the same, regardless of industry or function. The PEAK development and coaching programme aims to answer these types of questions. This is achieved by delivering proven practical solutions based on tried and tested business philosophies.


Consisting of a series of highly interactive, fun, self-awareness workshops, the PEAK programme is designed to refresh leaders on best practice, re-engage employees, and remind new joiners why they joined the company in the first place. Having attend the programme (group workshops, confidential 121s, group refresher), employees feel more engaged, individuals become more productive, and businesses have more satisfied clients and customers. Inspired by the work of Stephen Covey, these business ‘principles’ have been embraced by leading blue chip organisations all over the world.  They are as appropriate today as when Covey first launched these ‘habits’ some 25 years ago.  They seamlessly align with your business culture and values and support your business’ ‘purpose’.  

Each ‘habit’ is described in simple terms, and participants are encouraged to think about how they can incorporate them in to their work environment.  This is achieved via working on their own and in groups resulting in practical, SMART solutions.


Learn how to assess an individual's ability and motivation, so that they deliver any task or assignment right first time

Inspired by the work of John Beck, this workshop explores what ‘style’ a line leader should use to get the best out of each employee to complete any task.  The workshop challenges the age-old philosophy that line managers have to ‘tell’ their employees what to do, when and how.  It moves them towards a more collaborative approach to decision making, whilst enabling the line manager to retain control of their team.


Learn how to increase and maintain your self-esteem so that you can face any challenge with a positive mindset

Inspired by the philosophies of Jack Canfield, Brian Tracy, Denis Waitley, and Dale Carnegie amongst others, this workshop takes a practical look at how individuals can become more resilient in the ever-changing workplace (and in their non-work environment).  It helps individuals (and teams) to learn how to believe in themselves, how to deal positively with disappointments, and how to have trust and confidence in their own abilities on a continuous basis.
